A 'tailored' world
DescriptionOur phonic wheels comprise a circular crown with blanked slots. They can be flat or have bent parts, be flared or have various solutions so they fit easily to the rotating hub whose movement is to be controlled. Sensors immediately pick up the alternation of empty spaces created by the slots, sending a signal to electronic control units that register and process data and, in turn, communicate with other components. The most common application of phonic wheels is in ABS braking systems.
Alloy chiefly made of iron and carbon. Carbon content is less than 2.06%. We have high- and low-carbon steel for a variety of applications, products and processes.
