For this reason, we have embraced sustainability as a central element of our corporate strategy, focusing on innovation and processes that promote a positive impact on the environment and society. We are committed to cutting greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy, optimizing water resource consumption, and reducing waste production.
Expansion of the photovoltaic system
Starting in January 2025, the expansion of the photovoltaic system is expected to increase our self-generated energy production by approximately 800,000 kWh.
Energy autonomy
With the addition of a new photovoltaic system combined with the existing one, the total capacity of the photovoltaic system at the HQ facility in Alonte will reach 1,631 kWp. This increase will enable the facility to cover 50-52% of its total energy needs.
Material recovery
47% of materials designated for disposal, amounting to 873,742 kg, were recovered through recycling and reuse processes.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Our photovoltaic system
Since 2009, our photovoltaic system has been the beating heart of our commitment to a more sustainable future. Recently, we completed a major expansion that will increase our production capacity to 1,631 kWp, allowing us to achieve 50% energy self-sufficiency for our HQ facility.
The 760 kWp increase, achieved through the installation of 1,830 new panels, will enable us to produce an additional 800,000 kWh of energy annually starting in 2025. This will lead to an estimated further reduction of 424 tons of CO₂.
We continue to support the ecological transition by purchasing certified renewable energy for 20% of our total energy needs, proving that sustainability and efficiency can go hand in hand
An additional step forward in energy efficiency has been achieved by replacing the heat pumps in our main offices with more modern systems. This upgrade has allowed us to cut energy consumption by 40% and reduce CO₂ emissions by 37 tons per year. Every decision we make, big or small, is driven by our commitment to improving our environmental impact and building a more sustainable future for everyone.

Reduction and recovery
Responsible waste management is an essential part of our commitment to sustainability. Currently, 47% of the waste generated at our sites is recovered—an important milestone that motivates us to keep improving. Each year, we strive to increase this percentage by adopting new innovative solutions and promoting sustainable practices. We actively engage our employees and collaborate with partners who share our values, focusing on recycling, reuse, and alternative disposal methods to minimize environmental impact at every stage of our operations.
