A Shared culture
Since 1973, people have been at the heart of Athena’s growth and success. That’s why we created Athena Academy, a training platform designed for all employees.
We provide resources on a wide range of topics, from effective communication practices to corporate ethical principles and continuous improvement methodologies. This platform is also an essential support for new hires, enabling them to quickly learn company procedures.

WOW NATURE
A Tree for every Employee
Since 2023, Athena has partnered with Etifor, a spin-off of the University of Padua, for an ambitious project: planting a tree for every Athena employee worldwide.To date, 700 trees have been planted in the forests of Enego (VI), an area severely affected by the Vaia storm in 2018, contributing to the revival of local biodiversity. We look to the future with enthusiasm, ready for the next planting project in 2025 near the Berici Hills.
