Gaskets for endothermic engines require specific studies, materials and technologies to guarantee optimal performance and to respect the high quality standards required by OEM manufacturers.
A consolidated know-how of almost 50 years in the development of engine gaskets allows us to accompany the customer step by step in the design of these components, which are essential to ensure reliability and maximum performance.
We offer true co-engineering in the study of the gasket, providing technical data, developing together with the customer the specifications of each product and providing the perfect combination of materials, geometry, reliefs and surface coatings.
Rubber-coated metal

Rubber-coated metal

Rubber-coated metals are gasket materials, consisting of a central steel or aluminum core and a rubberized coating on both sides. This support has the function of thickness and support for the rubber part. The sealing capacity is increased by ribs, which provide an increase in elastic properties, closing pressure and a better macro-fit. The rubberized sheet gaskets can be used in various sectors in which there are conditions of low surface pressures and low pressures for which to guarantee the seal. The holder in SAE1010 is used for common applications such as pump seals, semi-hermetic compressor seals, oil pans, valve covers. The AISI301 support is used for high pressure applications as cylinder head gaskets for the motorcycle sector.
Asbestos-free

Asbestos-free

Asbestos-free are sealing materials of variable composition. They are generally composed of aramidic fibers and reinforcing materials, such as mineral fibers, inorganic materials and rubber. Ideal as gaskets for gases and fluids, they find application in the automotive sector, compressors and metalworking industry in general, as gaskets for engine, transmission, hydraulics, for sealing fuels, mixtures, antifreeze and anti-corrosion, solvents and alkaline solutions. Asbestos-free gaskets can also be used for sanitary and heating systems.

Metal clad

Metal clad

Reinforced sheets are generally composed of a metal core and external layers of asbestos-free material. According to the applications requested by the customer, we supply various configurations of reinforced material: with central core in asbestos-free and metal or graphite. They offer excellent adaptability and resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses. Resistant to oils, fuels and water mixtures with anti-freeze or anti-corrosion.
