Heat Exchanger Door Gaskets
Athena manufactures Silicord and Brownsil gaskets to optimally seal the heat exchanger door.
The quality of these gaskets is derived from their high resistance to high temperatures and acidic condensation, excellent mechanical characteristics, and superior adaptability and flexibility, eliminating the need for frequent replacements.
Methane Injection Valve Gaskets
These gaskets combine the flexibility of cork with the strength of rubber, making them ideal for methane injection valves.
They are certified for gas contact, ensuring safety and reliable performance over time.
Clapet Gaskets
Clapet gaskets are used to control airflow in boilers.
Made of silicone or Blueshield and Greenshield, they ensure sealing and thermal resistance. Greenshield and Blueshield also perfectly adapt to new hydrogen combustion technologies.
Fan Gaskets
Fan gaskets ensure the correct connection between the boiler door and the fan flange.
Materials like Blueshield and Greenshield are specifically developed for the new Hydrogen-Ready 20% and 100% Hydrogen boilers, providing an effective seal even for the smallest molecules.
