Responsible management and shared values
Every day, our team—comprising over 900 people across 7 countries—operates guided by solid ethical principles such as transparency, legality, accountability, fairness, and integrity. These values, at the heart of the Group's corporate culture, are safeguarded by a robust and structured governance system. Among the tools we have adopted are the Group Code of Ethics, the Supplier Code of Conduct, and a dedicated Whistleblowing channel.
A SHARED COMMITMENT WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS
Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics embodies the fundamental principles that have guided our business activities for over fifty years. This document serves as a compass for employees across all locations, fostering relationships built on fairness and transparency with customers, suppliers, partners, and institutions. The Code of Ethics is a collection of rules and values that reflect our social, moral, and environmental standards, ensuring the protection of corporate integrity. It is a tangible demonstration of Athena’s commitment to all its stakeholders, both internal and external.
Supplier Code of Conduct
To promote sustainability throughout the entire supply chain, we have introduced our Supplier Code of Conduct. This document outlines the ethical principles and behavioral guidelines that all our suppliers and partners are required to follow, in addition to complying with applicable regulations.
OUR WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
WHISTLEBLOWING by Data Services
To strengthen our commitment against non-compliant behaviors, we have implemented an internal channel dedicated to reporting potential irregularities, accessible to all employees and collaborators. Through the WHISTLEBLOWING platform by Data Services, developed in compliance with Whistleblowing directives, detailed reports regarding misconduct based on concrete evidence can be submitted. This system ensures complete confidentiality of the reporter's identity, providing a secure and reliable process.
