Who we are
Our Erchie facility began its journey in 1992 as Guarno Snc, founded by the Carrozzo family in a small town in the province of Brindisi. Initially a family business focused on the production and marketing of gaskets for the industrial maintenance sector, it has undergone significant transformation over the years.
In 1995, with the transition to Guarno Srl and the integration into the Athena Spa group, we embarked on a path of growth and specialization. The merger by incorporation in 2012 marked another important chapter, solidifying our position as Athena’s production hub for technical items designed for the agricultural and earthmoving sectors.
