Athena introduces the 2024 Birth Bonus to support its employees

Alonte, July 4, 2024 – Athena S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of motorcycle and industrial components, is proud to announce the introduction of the 2024 Birth Bonus.
This initiative is an integral part of Athena's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goal "Good Health and Well Being," demonstrating Athena's ongoing commitment to employee well-being by promoting a corporate culture focused on care and social responsibility.
The incentive, valued at €500, provides concrete support for employees' families and will be distributed through the company’s welfare platform. It can be requested by either the mother or the father, regardless of their role in the company.
